A more traditional HIIT class. Six exercises, four blocks. Get your sweat on. If you are new to HIIT training this is a great place to start. The workout is not overly complicated and you get to move at a decent pace and learn at the same time. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Tips : Please warm up and cool down on your own. To increase intensity, add weights where you can, pick up the pace and don’t stop moving. This class is nicely paired with a stretch class.

Great HIIT confidence builder

I'm usually really scared of HIIT classes and was very apprehensive when this one was added to my programme but I'm so glad it was. The exercises have simple regressions and you can take it at your own pace. I'm now building my HIIT confidence and starting to try even the progressions and speed up the pace. Temitope's instructing style is very clear and motivating. She has an encouraging but firm vibe.

This really got my heart going and was quite a challenge but the overall pace was good and trainer was really motivating so I was pleased that I managed to keep up until the end. Felt like a great all over workout!
