If you are new to working out and new to HIIT this class is perfect for you. Simple but effective. This class gives any beginner the perfect place to start by laying the foundation for you to build strength and endurance slowly. It is also quick so you can get in and out without having to dedicate too much time but still enabling you to get the workout in.
Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Tips: If you want to work harder you can repeat the last set of every round to make the workout longer, just rewind a video a bit and do the last set again. This will help to build your endurance so you can go into an intermediate class when you feel ready.
