Even though this is advanced there is still a lot of recovery time. If you are game, definitely give this workout a go. A great strength-based HIIT workout, working the whole body. Two blocks, three exercises each, ascending and descending ladder, with a finisher at the end.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed. If there is no pairing it means this workout is great on its own.

How much room do you need : One mat space  

Tips : When Deena is explaining the exercises, move with Dan and test the movement patterns out. To increase the intensity, go faster. As long as you are moving with good technique this is no issue. However, if you are not overly confident with the movement patterns, stay with Dan.
