This Tabata HIIT class is predominantly strength-based body weight exercises, comprising three rounds and ten exercises with a little cardio finisher at the end of the third round. Each round progresses, getting harder.  

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Tips : If you want more, at the end of the workout, take the video back and do the last block again. Increase your pace if you want to challenge yourself further.

Really gets the blood pumping! Found a couple of exercises really challenging but Matteo’s countdowns definitely helped me push through. It was great to be able to tailor the workout with the regression & progression options!
