Matteo Massaini

Matteo has been working in the Health and Fitness industry for over 10 years, his qualifications include YMCA level 1 and 2 Kettlebells, TRX suspension training and coaching at British Rowers. Matteo also has a lot of experience with treadmill interval training, Boxing and Strength and Conditioning.


As a personal trainer and fitness instructor, Matteo has worked with many different clients over the years arming him with a wide range of experience and skills. With strength and conditioning being at the forefront of his fitness journey he takes this with him into every session and class he teaches. His motto is: ‘Workout because you love your body, not because you hate it! His body is his craft, and he believes you can always improve it and push it to its limits.
