This PT Blast is a bicep and tricep focused class. Great for building strength and toning your arms. You will definitely feel the burn with supersets and giant sets. 3 blocks. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

What it works : Upper body with a bicep and tricep focus

How much room do you need : One mat space  

Tips : Please warm up and cool down after, see these videos. If you choose to go heavy you will work more towards strength and lighter weights will work on endurance. Don’t be afraid to go heavy though. Play around with the weights. The workout is only short so you could also pair this with PT Blast: Lower Body.
