Stretch : Warm Up/Cool Down Spine Flow

Here is a little warm up/cool down flow with a spine focus. You can incorporate this flow at the beginning or end of your workout. You can also do this flow anytime of the day if you are feeling tension in your spine. Once you know the flow you can do as many repetitions of each exercise as you choose.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed. If there is no pairing it means this workout is great on its own.

Tip: The trick with stretching is to be in you own body. Don’t worry about what Yasmin is doing. Focus on how the move feels for you. Breath, release and connect.
