A great stretch class to get your spine moving in all different directions. Focusing on rotation and anti-rotation of the thoracic spine. Ideal for anyone who sits for long periods of time, gets a sore back, has tight hips and generally needs to mobilise. You could do this class every day if you wanted. Stretching is so important and will really take your workouts to the next level. The more mobile and able you are the better you will move.

 

Equipment Needed : Body Weight

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

What it works: Total body with a focus on thoracic rotation

How much room they need: One mat

Tips: Use blocks or a strap to help you get some extra length if you are really tight. Remember, when we are trying to get into the upper spine you need to keep your hips square.
