A bit of both, this stretch class provides a wonderful opening for the body but also a bit of heat as well. A hybrid class, this workout is perfect for someone who is having a rest day but still wants to move their body, anyone who only has a short amount of time or someone that wants a good core workout as well as a stretch session.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
