This PT at Home workout uses different blocks working with alternating exercises, a few ascending ladders and a strong finisher. This is a great workout to build strength + endurance at the same time. Have a play with your weight range and ensure you are working at a good pace throughout. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
