Great class for people who are just starting out on their strength journey. Deena teaches at a slow pace with thorough instructions. This class is based on 2 exercises back to back for 3 rounds with a core finisher. Aiming for 8-12 reps within 60 seconds. The rest is your break. You work at your pace.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed. If there is no pairing it means this workout is great on its own.

Tips: Go heavy on the weights if you want more of a challenge. Use bands when you squat for correct knee alignment and an added challenge. Make sure you push your knees out into the band when you squat down
