A fabulous stretch class from top to toe. Yoga inspired, with a dancers edge. Stretching is a great way to finish your workouts or even use as a workout for the day. These types of classes are a great way to switch off ad tune into you. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Tips : It is really important to work to your own ability at all times, but especially when we are stretching. Pull back if something doesn’t feel right. There is a difference between good pain and bad pain. Listen to your body and give it what it needs. There are always ways to progress and regress. Blocks and yoga straps are also a great way to assist you. Keep your device close to you so you can pause and hang out in a stretch if you want to.
