A quick PT Blast. 2 rounds of 2 exercises each and then 2 rounds of a circuit putting these 4 exercises together at the end. You can slot this type of workout into your day and it wont take too long but it is very effective. 

 

Equipment Needed : Two sets Of Dumbbells (medium + heavy) +  Long Resistance Bands (for pulling)

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

What it works : Upper body and core

How much room do you need : One mat space 

Tips : Go heavy on the weights to increase the intensity, pick up your speed and go for more reps. Make the workout your own. If you want more you could pair this with a stretch class, Pilates workout or a PT Blast: Lower Body. See paired workouts.
