Equipment : Small latex band and a medium to heavy set of weights  

What it works : Lower body  

How much room do you need : One mat space 

Tips : If the latex band is too easy, stack the bands together for more resistance. You can also make it more challenging by going faster and increasing your reps. You don’t have to do the same reps as Deena. This is your workout. Work to your chosen pace and intensity.
