A great PT Blast workout targeting the lower body working with all planes of movement. As always if you want to make the class harder up the weights. This will always increase the intensity and make the workout much harder.

 

Equipment Needed : Two sets Of Dumbbells (medium + heavy)

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Tips: This class is an open level class as it can be made harder by upping the weights or moving faster and doing more reps.
