PT Blast : The Back Body

They say the back of your body is your engine. It drives you, it creates power and it propels you forward. This workout is a 30 minute posterior chain blast getting into all the juicy parts of the back half of your body.


Equipment Needed : Two sets Of Dumbbells (medium + heavy) + Small Latex Loop Resistance Bands 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

What it works: Posterior chain 

How much room they need: 1 mat

Tips: Like with any of our open level classes you can increase or decrease the intensity by playing with your weight range, speed and reps.
