Miranda Fox

After falling in love with the power of Strength & Conditioning, Miranda found martial arts and gravitated towards the specific conditioning that went with it. She found what worked well for her body and what kept her injury-free. This was a mixture of Pilates, Animal Locomotion and Boxing. Miranda draws on all these disciplines when creating workouts and movement flows.


She is a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer, a licensed Boxing Coach and an accredited mixed movement artist in Budokon Martial Arts. She draws inspiration from the likes of Cameron Shayne, Clarissa Shields, Roger Gracie and the wider Animal Kingdom.


Miranda’s aim in the fitness industry is to change the narrative, that to move well, you need to look a certain way. But instead, let people see that movement is for everyone, and all you need do is turn up.
