Equipment Needed : Two sets Of Dumbbells (medium + heavy) + Small Latex Loop Resistance Bands 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed. If there is no pairing it means this workout is great on its own.

Tips : Go heavy on the weights to increase the intensity, pick up your speed and go for more reps. Make the workout your own.

First session in my programme.

First video for me and I enjoyed it. As someone who has been running for a while but slipped out of strength work during the pandemic this was a good return. Not overly challenging but not boring, and I suspect there will be some aching tomorrow... we'll see!
