A great lower body strength based workout with some cardio bursts. Deena loves to focus on recovery in order to get through each set effectively so don’t be afraid to push it, you will have a lot of recovery time. Three rounds, two exercises each (supersets)  done three times, with a finisher.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed. If there is no pairing it means this workout is great on its own.

Tips : To increase the intensity, stack bands, up your weights, don’t rest if you feel you don’t need to. Make the workout your own.
