A great upper body PT Blast session delivering exercises with minimum rest, back to back for a more endurance based workout. 4 sets of each exercise, 10 reps each round. This workout is great for anyone wanting to build more upper body strength, especially shoulders and chest. If you want to work harder do more sets.

 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed. If there is no pairing it means this workout is great on its own.

How much room they need: One mat  

Tips: If you need more of a break in between sets you can hit the pause button and have more rest before you go again. You can build up to less breaks as you get stronger.
