A quick upper body blast. Exhausting muscles to fatigue in order to gain strength and tone. Three rounds with a finisher.  

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed. If there is no pairing it means this workout is great on its own.

What it works : Upper body, shoulder and upper back focus. 

How much room do you need : One mat space  

Tips: Go light for the bent over fly. This exercise is an upper back exercise and if you go too heavy it will go into your traps. If you want to do another round of the last block you can.
