Equipment : One heavy set of dumbbells, one medium to light set of dumbbells and a long band.

What it works : Upper body, shoulder and upper back focus. 

How much room do you need : One mat space  

Tips: Go light for the bent over fly. This exercise is an upper back exercise and if you go too heavy it will go into your traps. If you want to do another round of the last block you can.
