The best part about our open level classes is that anyone can do them. This workout is a great place for any beginner to start but also any experienced person who is knowledgable enough to progress the exercises in the way they see fit. Add weights, make the movement harder with a progression (push ups on your feet instead of your knees) and so on.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Tips: Poppy is moving quite fast here because she is using light weights. If you go heavier don’t do as many reps.
