Tips : It is really important to work to your own ability at all times, but especially when we are stretching. This is an open level class and Chiara is very flexible. Pull back if something doesn’t feel right. There is a difference between good pain and bad pain. Listen to your body and give it what it needs. There are always ways to progress and regress. A block is also a great way to assist you. Keep your device close to you so you can pause and hang out in a stretch if you want to!
