A great beginners class for someone who is body aware and ready to work. Even though it is beginners, it is still challenging. Pilates can be a bit daunting at times so it is important we start at the right level for each person and build accordingly depending on how you are progressing. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

This was a great class for a Monday morning when I was feeling a bit sluggish. It's not too complicated but definitely has a few challenging elements - I could really feel my core working! After the class I felt energised and ready to take on the day. Will be doing this one again.
