A great dynamic class, working the body from top to toe. Not too fast, so if you are new to Pilates and fit you could give it a try. Using the ring adds that extra challenge and with some tricky transitions, this class is a great one for anyone looking to find a deeper connection to their stabilisers.  

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed. If there is no pairing it means this workout is great on its own.

Tip : For any balancing work, do this off the mat, on the floor. It will help with your balance.

I've done this a few times now and really like it. It's the first time I've used a pilates ring and I'm surprised at how effective it is. I've got a bit to work on with the rolling exercise, glad nobody can see me doing that, ha!

This was the first workout I ever did with a pilates ring and I absolutely loved it! It’s tough on the first few tries as you try and get used to the balance you need, but it’s a really rewarding and surprisingly fun workout!
