This contemporary pilates class is a great challenge for anyone looking to advance their intermediate practise. This class has lots of great variations on classical moves whilst using the band to add that extra challenge and resistance.


Equipment Needed : Long Resistance Bands (for pulling)



Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

How much room they need: 1 mat

Tips: If some moves seem hard at first pause the video and work on the movement yourself to get it into your body and then press play when you are ready. The more you do something the easier it will be. It is just practice. 

Remember if you can’t do a full teaser yet you can keep your legs bent.
