A great Contemporary Pilates class, combining Classical Pilates with Contemporary modifications and variations. Using the ring and band for added proprioception, this class is perfect if you want to fit in a quick session or combine it with another ABF workout, creating your own ABF fusion.   

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
