This class is a total body contemporary Pilates workout combine with a fitness feel. It isn’t too fast so if you are new to Pilates, but strong, you may be able to give it a go. No equipment needed. Just your breath. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

How much room do you need : One mat space  

Tips : This workout is wrist heavy. If you have wrist issues we don’t suggest doing this workout. If you are injury free and get sore wrists from lack of strength go to paired workouts and follow the “Wrist Mobility” video to release your wrists. A part of building strength is some soreness so keep at it.

I didn’t think i could do this

I have always been a HIIT kind of girl and thought Pilates wasn't for me but i actually really enjoyed this, being new to this form of exercise i did struggle and the burn was real but im actually excited for the challenge to keep working on this and seeing how strong i can get my body.

***side note to this i did realise that i actually have really good balance***
