A great total body Pilates class using equipment to deepen your practise. There is loads of juicy glute work, some balance work, plank variations and shoulder openers. It is really great using the small equipment in these types of Pilates classes, they really help to connect your muscles to your body, your mind to your muscles and enable you to add a bit of spice and additional burn to your workouts.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Tips: There is a slider section at the end, you will need enough room to do a slider side plank series so 2 mats worth in space is needed. You can turn the sliders either side depending on what flooring you are working with.
