This Contemporary Pilates workout uses the ring to advance your practice, deepen your connection and help you mobilise. This workout is a great total body flow challenging your core, stability and strength.  

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

How much room do you need : Two mat spaces 

Tip : If you are tight in the hamstrings, use a yoga strap to help you stretch, instead of the Pilates ring. It gives you more room to move.
