Designed to burn. This HIIT class has three rounds of four, three exercises each. Endurance, speed, power, agility, plyometric and isometric exercises all in the one workout. After your workout is done, you could pair this with a stretch class. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed. If there is no pairing it means this workout is great on its own.

Tips: If you want more, repeat the last round or do as many as you need. Make the workout your own.

I absolutely love HIIT workouts and this one surprised me, it was a lot harder than i thought it would be but loved getting my sweat on! looking forward to repeating this one and seeing how far i can push things.
