This HIIT session combines strength and cardio working with reps and time. Three sets of three. Two rounds. Playing with time under tension, this is a great all round workout. This workout is not like your traditional HIIT workout but it still plays with intervals and heart rate. HIIT is ultimately letting the heart rate ride a rollercoaster which is exactly what this class does. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

How much room do you need : One mat space 

Tips : All water breaks are one minute each. If you feel like you don’t need the break, fast forward.  For warm up and cool down see these videos. Add woven band saround the knees for any squatting patterns, to increase the intensity. To make this workout more challenging, go heavy on the weights. Use no weights at all if you want to regress. You could pair this with a Pilates or stretch class.
