Jenny has more than ten years of experience as a Personal Trainer and coach. Her thirst for learning about all aspects of strength and conditioning started at a young age with an early osteopenia diagnosis. She is a qualified personal trainer, Charles Poliquin Bio print practitioner, a reformer group fitness instructor and wellbeing coaching psychologist.
She has travelled the world over since leaving her native Ireland and has furthered her career in countries afar, Scotland, Australia, and Hong Kong.
Jenny is particularly interested in using the body and exercise as a preventive treatment or treatment for mental health issues. She believes you can build positive emotions such as resilience, courage and hope through different exercise modalities. She believes in the collective joy of group training to combat feelings of loneliness and isolation.
