Caroline Bragg

Caroline has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and is a Pre & Post Natal specialist. Having seen the industry change over time she believes that moving well will always serve you and getting the fundamentals right is key. She has supported hundreds of women through what can be an amazing yet challenging period of their lives. Being part of their journey is what is most important to her as a trainer.


Caroline loves the atmosphere of group training and has taught many types of classes over the years but has always found strength training and Pilates the best type of workout with the best results.


Her focus in women’s health has led her to becoming head trainer on many female led projects and running retreats in France and Morocco specifically for postnatal clients.


Caroline went through her own prenatal to postpartum journey and now has even more enthusiasm and passion to keep mothers strong and healthy.  Being strong throughout her pregnancy really helped in her recovery and rehabilitation and running around after a toddler definitely needs stamina and strength.


Her next project is to expand her Pilates knowledge and delve deeper into the peri menopause side of female health.


She loves nothing more than a margarita and a dance floor but probably will be in bed by 12.
