Pregnancy can really take its toll on a body. Remember you are growing a human which is crazy when you think about it. Somedays it will feel like there is very little space and so this stretch class works on loosening the parts that get tight but not over stretching the ligaments.  Remember that stretching can bring temporary realise so pair this with strength work or on its own after a physical day. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
