This Pilates Fusion class will help stabilise and engage muscle which get stretch during the changes in pregnancy. Focussing on the movement and the muscles for mind body connect helping you to move well throughout all trimester. Your goal during pregnancy is to exercise to maintain fitness but it is not linear so remember to check in with yourself before, during and after the session.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
