This class will help reconnect and safely start to build your deep abdominal muscles. Pregnancy and early postpartum can create faulty breathing patterns so spending some time focussing on the breathing suggested is very important when reconnecting with your core muscles. To ensure you are really connecting and not just “throwing the shape” take your time and if you need to slow things down feel free.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
