This class explores different types of movement patterns. Experimenting with the body and uncovering what it can do whilst maintaining the Pilates principles. Unlike Classical Pilates there is no set repertoire but a movement flow moving from one exercise to the next like a dance.

 

Equipment Needed : Body Weight

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

How much room they need:  Two mats worth 

Tips: There is a lot of choreography in this workout so the mind body connection is more important than ever. Listen carefully too Zoe’s instructions and don’t anticipate what is about to come next.
