A dynamic, fitness based Pilates flow class that works the whole body. Using the band to add resistance and help mobilise and deepen your abdominal connection. The class moves at a great pace and has some great exercises in there. Get ready for the burn.

 

Equipment Needed : Long Resistance Bands (for pulling)

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Body : James 

What it works : Total body with a lower body and core focus  

How much room do you need : One mat space  

Tips : Play around with some different band resistances. You can use different resistances for different exercises depending on what you want to work and how it feels for you. You can pause the video and try. It’s good to experiment.

Good all rounder work out

Really good glut & abs work out.. also good for the hamstrings, which mine are super tight. Overall my core feels strong!! :)
