This Pilates Flow class is designed for you to feel the burn. Like all of Michelle’s classes, there is a ‘dancer’s’ vibe and style to the class, using the ring/band for that added challenge.  Get ready to feel the burn with lots of pulses and reps to get those glutes firing.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
