A fast paced dynamic Pilates flow class that has a ‘yogi-dancers’ feel. Loads of stretching and mobilisation, as well as strong body-weight strength exercises. It is great to mix up the way we train. Try new classes and experiment, keep your body guessing. Despite this class being body weight focused it is still really challenging. 

 

Equipment Needed : Body Weight

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Body : Amy 

What it works : Total body, glute focused, with a lot of plank variations

How much room do you need : One mat space

Tips : This workout is wrist heavy. If you have wrist issues we don’t suggest doing this workout. If you are injury free and get sore wrists from lack of strength go to paired workouts and follow the “Wrist Mobility” video to release your wrists. A part of building strength is some soreness so keep at it.
