This workout is a Pilates body weight flow with a focus on the glutes and core. This is a great workout for people wanting to work on their flexibility or maintain their flexibility. Don’t be put off by how flexible Chiara is. It is important not to compare yourself to the body doing the workout. Chiara is an ex dancer so she is very flexible but that doesn’t mean you need to look like her when you move. Even though there is no equipment this workout is still super challenging and will leave you feeling mobile and energised.

 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
