A quick wrist mobility sequence to help relieve your wrists if they are feeling sore and tired. You can do this before or after any wrist heavy workouts.

Tip: Tight weak wrists are a thing. They can prevent you from being able to sustain an exercise for a long period of time or put unnecessary weight through your wrist joints. It is important to stretch them and strengthen them.
