Start your journey with A Body Forever

A total body HIIT workout using free weights and body weight. 3 exercises for 1 minute each and then a 1 minute break. 4 rounds. Short and sweet but you will be dripping in sweat after. You can always repeat 1 more round if you want to do more. These types of workouts are a fantastic way to build cardiovascular health and build your endurance for longer form cardio workouts. 

 

Equipment Needed : Two sets Of Dumbbells (medium + heavy)

 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

If you've only got twenty minutes, something is better than nothing and you can definitely tweak the intensity on this to your own ability.
