HIIT: Resistance vs. Body Weight

Start your journey with A Body Forever

A total body HIIT workout using free weights and body weight. 3 exercises for 1 minute each and then a 1 minute break. 4 rounds. Short and sweet but you will be dripping in sweat after. You can always repeat 1 more round if you want to do more. These types of workouts are a fantastic way to build cardiovascular health and build your endurance for longer form cardio workouts. 

 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
