A spin on the old Lagree workouts or any megaformer workout this Pilates Flow class is all about time under tension. Slow and steady wins the race. There is a lot of layered exercises, meaning – Jay works one muscle group for a long period of time and stacks his exercises. This type of layering really helps to get into the muscles and work to fatigue to optimise results so you can work as hard as possible. If you have never heard of a megaformer they are really large workout beds similar to reformers but they have straps on both ends. They are used for more fitness based pilates classes as opposed to your traditional Pilates workouts.


Equipment Needed : Long (Pulling) & Small Latex Loop Resistance Bands + Sliders

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

Tips: This type of workout means you are nonstop and the burn is real. These types of workouts are designed to help you get stronger. If you feel like you want a challenge try this workout as a benchmark of where you currently are. You can always have mini breaks during the workout and keep building on your strength.
