A strong dynamic Pilates Flow class using the sliders and small latex band. Poppy incorporates lots of small movements to build strength and tone. This class is a total body workout with a focus on abdominals and the lower body. Using the pilates principles with a fitness edge you get to flow from one movement to the next challenging the body every step of the way.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
