A great open level upper body workout. This workout can be made harder by increasing your weight range. Simple and effective upper body exercises that will increase your strength over time. It is important to keep coming back to your workouts and building on them. Repetition enables our bodies to adapt and grow stronger. For a longer workout you can pair this with a lower body blast or Pilates class.

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.

How much room they need: 1 mat

Tips: Use light weights for any exercises that involve the mid back area. If you are wanting to work on strength you can always do half of the set with a lighter weight and half of the set with heavier weights.
