What it works: Total body with a glute and hamstring focus

How much room they need: Two mats

Tips: Make sure you have the sliders the right way up. If you are working on carpet then the plastic bit should be face down and if you are on an uncarpeted floor the other side is on the ground.

The Perfect workout

Having a 2 year old and not getting much spare time this is the perfect work out for me. Love the music too! So much harder than i thought but loving the challenge!
