Gary’s class takes all the flow from our traditional Pilates Flow classes and adds a Contemporary feel decorating the class with Classic Pilates moves including Roll Up, Roll Over and Rolling Like A Ball. A great mix of all types of pilates moves for those of you that want to work extra hard.


Equipment Needed : Thick Fabric Resistance Bands

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
