A great intermediate Classical Pilates class working through the Classical repertoire with a few twists and turns. Chiara throws in some extra holds, pulses and variations with some extra teasers to add some flavour to the workout. 

Paired workouts are usually a suggested fusion of both methods or an extension of the workout you have just completed.
